Never Pay Retail Again! When opened in 2009, James Botsacos and Laura Botsacos made a commitment to make a difference.  They decided to eliminate dealer inside secrets and, just like our Toyota/Scion dealership, launched James Kia's Full Disclosure Policy.   At James, we disclose all the costs we have associated with each vehicle. You will see our dealer invoice, incentives, rebates ... everything! We then work from the dealer invoice up. Our only request is that we are permitted to make a small profit on the transaction. Almost half of our customers travel 40 to 100 miles to purchase from James Kia. Our "full disclosure" presentation, with all the facts and figures on the table, allows customers to make an informed decision and know for sure that they've received the best deal possible.
